ABOUT SAZ ATELIER
Our founders’ parents made a living by sewing. In 1992, just as trade between China and the former Soviet states was opening up, they founded the first SAZ factory. More than thirty years later, SAZ Atelier is a full-industry-chain menswear manufacturer: we weave our own fabric, run 8 factories across Fujian, Guangdong and Guangxi, and make garments exclusively for men — jackets, suit sets, blazers, trousers, windbreakers and T-shirts.
Today 2,500 people work at SAZ, including 1,300 sewing operators and a 20-person design team that tracks trends at European, Asian and Russian trade shows. Every year we develop 2,000+ new styles, keep 2,500 styles on display in our showroom and hold a library of 15,000+ patterns.
We deliberately limit ourselves to at most 35 large long-term clients per month — so lead times and quality stay stable even in peak season. Some of our partners have been buying from us for 30–34 years; about 65% of menswear wholesalers in Russia and the CIS know our factory.

Own Fabric Mill, Modern Equipment
We produce our own fabric — controlling quality and price from the very first meter. Other factories buy fabric from us. Our workshops run modern equipment with automated systems from China, Germany, Italy and Canada.

- 1 · Incoming inspection — every fabric roll checked for defects, shade and weight; trims tested before cutting.
- 2 · Cutting & sewing — cut parts checked against patterns; inspectors at every operation.
- 3 · Finished-garment inspection — size chart, approved sample, trims, needle detector.
- 4 · Pre-packing AQL check — batch sampling: appearance, measurements, accessories, hangtags.
- 5 · Video pre-shipment — we film products, measurements and packing; you confirm, then we ship.
If defective units appear in bulk, the factory bears the full loss.
