What does SAZ Atelier do?
SAZ Atelier (Shishi Xindongyang Garments Co., Ltd.) is a full-industry-chain menswear manufacturer. We run our own fabric mill and 8 factories with a combined capacity of 155,000 pcs/month, supplying wholesale markets, online marketplaces and retail chains worldwide.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. For OEM we produce to your tech pack, sample or reference photo, and a first sample is typically ready within one week. For ODM our 20-person development team designs from your mood board or concept — fabric sourcing, pattern making and fit development — and produces under your own brand.
How long have you been manufacturing outerwear?
We were established in 1992 and have specialised in men’s outerwear for over 30 years, growing from a single workshop into an integrated group with an in-house fabric mill and 8 production facilities.

Which product categories do you make?
Nine core men’s outerwear categories: Shirt Jackets, Suede Jackets, Insulated Jackets, Smart Casual Outerwear, Varsity Bomber Jackets, Outdoor Jackets, Casual Jackets, Parka and Hoodies — plus 2,500+ in-season stock styles.
What is your production capacity and MOQ?
Capacity is 155,000 pcs/month across our 8 factories. MOQ is 100 pcs for stock styles, and from 300 pcs per style and colourway for custom-made orders.

Quality, Terms & Shipping

How do you control quality?
Every order passes five control gates — fabric inspection, cutting, quilting, in-line checking and a final check before packing — plus a Top Sample approval before mass production begins.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
30% prepayment with the balance due within one week after bulk completion, priced in RMB. VTB Shanghai, Alipay, WeChat, cash and USDT are accepted. We deliver free to your freight forwarder’s warehouse in China, and can arrange white-customs import to Russia with full documents (ДТ, Честный знак, ТР ТС 017/2011).
What are your lead times?
Samples are typically ready within one week of receiving your design. Bulk production runs 30–45 days after sample approval. Chinese New Year (early January to early February) extends lead times, so please plan ahead.
