Varsity bomber or letterman — which one are you ordering?
The two share a family history but are bought for different reasons. A classic letterman is formal schoolwear: wool-blend body, leather sleeves, chenille letter, button front. A varsity bomber is the streetwear reading of the same idea — cut oversized with dropped shoulders, built on fleece, nylon or padded shells, and decorated with patches, appliqué and printing rather than with a single embroidered letter. If your market is campus and teamwear, order letterman. If your market is streetwear, order varsity bomber. We manufacture both.
