What is a puffer jacket?
A puffer jacket gets its warmth from loft — loose filling held inside separate channels or baffles, so air is trapped and held still across the body. That construction gives the garment its familiar volume, and it means warmth is governed by how much fill goes into each channel. A hooded puffer adds the single most requested winter feature: an integrated hood with a drawcord, cut so it stays up in wind without needing a hat underneath.

Our standard fillings are synthetic cotton paddings — pearl cotton, washed cotton and needle-punched cotton. Filling type and weight are confirmed per style at sampling, so ask us for the current filling list for the style you are considering.
What is the difference between a puffer jacket and an insulated jacket?
A puffer lofts loose fill inside separate channels, giving volume and warmth from loft height. An insulated jacket holds a sheet filling stitched or pressed in place, so it stays flatter. We manufacture both and can quote either against the same design.
Which sizes are available?
Our hooded puffer styles run from EU 48 to 58 as standard. Tell us the destination market and we will adjust the size set and grading for that country.
Can the hood be detachable?
Detachable hoods are available on several styles in the range. Tell us which you need when you enquire and we will confirm it against the style you have chosen.
Is a hooded puffer jacket suitable for OEM and private label?
